First off, I have ordered this product twice because I did not order enough the first time. Because of this I contacted customer service to see if they could rush it and they could not have been more friendly and responsive. It was here the next day! Only thing I would say is to add more information to the directions. I have heavily textured walls and used a hair dryer to help the vinyl really cling and it worked great. Would suggest adding that tip to all instructions.
